Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 8:00. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation; up to 2 cars may park in the driveway, and 1 car may park on the parking lot adjacent to the home. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. Guests found in violation of any rules may face termination of reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100).
