Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle upon departure, failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against the security deposit hold.
