Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property; violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. The home accommodates a maximum of 11 guests, and only guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Check-out is at 10 am, and late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $300. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with only one car allowed in the designated parking area. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. All trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle upon departure; failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300.
