Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to one car allowed to park in the designated area. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure; failure to do so may result in fines up to $300. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for violations of house rules. Check-out is at 10 AM.
