For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100).

The gated, guarded community, surrounded by a conservation area, offers peace of mind while keeping you connected to everything Orlando has to offer. Parking can accommodate up to three vehicles.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A resort fee of $20 per vehicle is paid to the resort upon check-in. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, detergent pods for up to two (2) loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are available. A coffee maker is provided, but coffee is not.
