Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs, which are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for bugs, however, everything outside of that is beyond control. Mosquitoes are sometimes unavoidable, so please remember to pack mosquito spray. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Up to 3 cars may park in the parking lot near the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
