The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads, and the kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Due to Florida's climate, humidity and bugs are common; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or anywhere on the property. A maximum of 8 guests can be accommodated. While children are welcome, the home is not baby-proofed. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed upon in writing, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum when socializing outdoors between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms (unless locked in a vehicle) are allowed on the property. Guests should take out the trash upon departure and report any damages immediately. Violation of any house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised, and after rain, some debris may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
