There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100).
