Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two (2) loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. The home is not baby-proofed. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
