Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $500 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and excessive noise should be kept to a minimum during this time. Check-out time is 10 AM, and a fee of up to $300 may be incurred for staying beyond the scheduled check-out time. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation, with up to two cars parking in the driveway and one car on the street in front of the home.
