Pool heating is an optional add-on for $35 per day of useage, with at least a week's notice required. Guests are required to provide a damage protection option prior to arrival, either a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. A fee of up to $300 may be incurred for late check-outs. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are common occurrences, and the property is professionally sprayed for pests. The grill does not include gas; guests must refill the tank. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. A maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed on the property, with up to 2 in the driveway and 1 on the street. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be some debris in the pool. No fireworks, firearms (unless locked in vehicle), or third-party bookings are allowed without prior written agreement. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly upon departure. Report damages immediately.
