Pool heating is an optional add-on for $35 per day of useage, with at least a week's notice required. Guests are required to provide a damage protection option prior to arrival, either a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. A fee of up to $300 may be incurred for late check-outs. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be some debris in the pool. No fireworks, firearms (unless locked in vehicle), or third-party bookings are allowed without prior written agreement. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly upon departure. Report damages immediately.
