The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. A mandatory Pool Safety Alarm is required by Florida State Law. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. Any violation of house rules may result in termination of a reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
