A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
