Outside the back gate, you will find every type of food imaginable, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. A car is recommended to explore Orlando’s attractions, with Reunion Resort conveniently located near I-4, providing easy access to Disney, Universal, and Orlando International Airport.
This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided. Check-out time is 10 AM; late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. No third-party bookings are allowed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight on-premise. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage; parking on the grass or alongside streets parallel to another vehicle is prohibited. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. No fireworks of any kind or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are asked to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure and report damages immediately. The community is gated and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Guests are asked to drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. The home is not baby-proofed. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, with cleaners committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather, using the pool is not advised. The pool is serviced weekly. After it rains, there may be some debris or small bugs that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. [SI]
