This home features two generous living areas, providing ample room for gathering, whether streaming a movie or sharing stories over a board game. The downstairs living room opens onto the patio, while the upstairs lounge offers a quieter retreat. A large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes meal preparation a breeze. Adjacent indoor and outdoor dining areas let you enjoy breakfast under the morning sun or dinner al fresco. A free washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance; the cost for this amenity is $50 per day of stay and will be invoiced separately. The resort’s family-friendly atmosphere blends seamlessly with the villa’s playful design. While Reunion offers wonderful restaurants, just outside the back gate you’ll find every type of food imaginable, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Feel safe and secure within this gated community, protected by a 24-hour security guard.
Check-out time is 10 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. There is a coffee maker, and salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. A maximum of 16 guests can be accommodated at any given time. One house-trained dog is welcome with written notification from the guest and approval by the host; a pet fee is applied and subject to up to a $150 security deposit. Children of all ages are welcome, but the home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Do not park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes; violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Wipe shoes at the door, and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors; be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold released following a damage-free inspection. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night, capped at a maximum of $100, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
