Please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am, with consideration for neighbors. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; a starter supply of toiletries and detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available. Bugs are a natural occurrence in Florida; the property is professionally sprayed for pests. Children of all ages are welcome, but the home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please do not park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
