Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence, and while the property is professionally sprayed, guests are advised to pack bug spray. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay with at least a week's notice. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community.
