Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
