Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community with 24-hour security. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!
Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
