This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate of noise after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind, and no firearms on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
