There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests are required to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please remove shoes indoors when possible.
