Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway; parking on the grass, alongside streets parallel to another vehicle, or commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored.
