Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3, and all trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle upon departure, or fines up to $300 may result. [SI]
