The property is conveniently situated off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. Disney World is about 20-25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios also within easy driving distance. The immediate area outside the resort offers ample shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Self check-in is streamlined with a smart lock. Check-out time is 10 AM; staying beyond this time may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Outside cameras are present for security purposes, none pointing to the pool area. Absolutely no smoking and no drugs are allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property.
