There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with excessive noise to be kept to a minimum during this time. Guests are required to provide a list of first and last names of all guests ages 18 and older, and the individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their ID when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
