There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Pool heating must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and costs $35 per day. A list of first and last names of all guests ages 18 and older is required, and the individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their ID when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
