The property is just a couple of minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse and is conveniently situated off State Road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.
Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250, and staying beyond the original scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay, though a starter kit of essentials is provided. The home has Ring Cameras by the front and back doors for safety and privacy. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM; guests are asked to be considerate while socializing outdoors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should pack bug spray. Propane for the BBQ grill must be provided by the guest, and while a tank is available, its fill level is not guaranteed. The maximum occupancy for this home is 13 guests. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and preferably remove them indoors. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Trash must be bagged and disposed of properly per instructions upon departure, with failure to do so resulting in fines up to $300. Damages should be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
