Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drug use allowed inside the home or on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle; failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. Guests are required to disclose if they will be bringing pets. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed three per reservation. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
