This home is not baby-proofed. A maximum of 14 guests are allowed at any given time, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in written form. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes; violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door, and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are permitted on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. A non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night, capped at a maximum of $100, is available for reservations of two nights or more, covering accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
