A maximum of 14 guests are allowed at any given time, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in written form. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property.
