This home features a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare family meals. There are two comfortable living areas, an upstairs loft, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a washer and dryer, and free access to the community water park and clubhouse.
Enjoy the private south-facing pool with a heat option, a hot tub, and an outdoor BBQ and lounge with pool loungers. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property. Additional parking spots for overflow parking can be found in the community on Lava Tree Dr. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 14. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. A pet fee is applied and is subject to up to $150 security deposit.
