I’ve lived here for 3 years and Betty at the office is the best really appreciate her services

Inconsiderate neighbors. Loud music has been playing since 9 am as if no one wants to sleep in on Saturday. Kids that do not live in your building decide to turn the hall and stairs between the apartments into a playground. I have called the office for assistance but there was no answer and no response to my email.

I've been living at Verano for four years & half...but this place has lost it's beauty. the only positive thing I can say is that maintenance staff is top notch. They come quicky and get the job done. But you will find trash everywhere in the hallway because it's barely picked up and yet we have to pay $25 for valet trash. The apartments walls is paper thin therefore everything is heard from every surrounding apartments. ( I mean EVERYTHING). We have inconsiderate neighbors that play loud music... in the pool area and everywhere without no care in the world for other people. For example, I have neighbors from the upstairs apartment that allow their kids to jump and run all day up to 2am & 3am. They play loud music all day as well with high traffic of different people walking in and out of the apartment slamming doors. I am pretty sure they are renting rooms to outsider to help pay for the rent. I've complained to the office numerous of times and nothing get resolved. I swear the neighbors deliberately do it purposely because they just get worst everyday. I barely get any sleep in which I wake up at 6am for work every morning. I can't explain how disappointed I am living in this place... but unfortunately due to the high rent increase in surrounding apartments complex in this area, as a single mother i am not able to move due to finances and apartments availability. Therefore all I can do is keep praying that things will get better. I strongly advise you do research and try to rent wisely because not everything that shines is gold. Read More

I am pleased with the community. Maintenance is very helpful. They are super nice as well. Nothing but good vibes.
