I have lived here 1 year and have zero complaints. It is very quiet, the staff is extremely accommodating if necessary repairs are needed etc. A wonderful place to live.

Just like other management around the area, as soon as you reach out to see if a unit is available, someone will contact if you're lucky and give you the application. Tell you that they need the ridiculous application fee before they can even process your application amongst other things. So even if you do all of this within 24hrs, the very same unit you were pushing to get will be rented out no matter if you paid all the fees or not. It is like that both here and everywhere else. I feel very happy living here. I am 22, going to school and working from home. This apartment is the perfect size, location and price for anyone. I am able to communicate with the site manager Angie and she is just sweet as pie, which is why I like to bring the employees a pecan pie from their favorite place. It’s easy to make this place a home. I plan on staying here until I’m able to buy my first house.

Hot water heater broke last night. No response from maintenance. Called the emergency line several times. Nothing gets fixed in this apartment until it doesn't work anymore. If then. The rent increases every year. The staff barely keeps the place going. Don't bother moving in here even though the rent is low. It is not worth the frustration you will experience living here.

I love living at Canterbury Villas. The apartments are a bit small and dated, but the rent is very reasonable and the community is wonderful. It is pet friendly, very quiet, and there are a lot of long-term residents, which I feel speaks well to a community. Angie, the property manager, is always helpful, and the few maintenance requests I put in were handled quickly and completely. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood to call home, consider Canterbury Villas.
