This place have been great. They have amazing people here to support throughout the whole move. The living space and workout area are amazing. The pool is very peaceful and much needed! Great place to live

Not a good experience from my roof leaking on 3 plus times to being hit in the parking garage,And Loud inconsiderate Neighbors that I have called the police on numerous times,Not much has done about anything so no Not recommended

Roof leaks can sometimes require multiple visits to identify and fully resolve the source, and our records show the leak was resolved in 2025. Our most recent... service notes indicate the sheetrock repair was declined, but we’re happy to return to address the remaining cosmetic ceiling repair. We have also been actively working with you and your neighbor regarding the noise concerns through calls, meetings, and applicable lease-violation charges, with another meeting scheduled with your neighbor today. We remain committed to working with you toward a positive resolution!

I love it here! I moved in over a week ago and have met so many kind people and have felt welcome. I am excited to use all the amenities and make it feel like home

It has been a joy to live at The Parker. Me and my wife love it here, everyone is super friendly and we love all of the community events. Our dogs also love getting to socialize with all of the other animals around.

The apartment community , apartment itself is nice and people here are lively and great! Only thing I was was better are the appliances ( dishwasher, laundry and stove) in our apartments. They are incredibly outdated and hardly work well for the amount of rent we pay in comparison and also switching to fab and keyless door locks where we can open our doors via a smart app and control the thermostat as well .
