Not good not bad. Dog friendly, ninety nine percent of owners pick up after em. There's still that one percent that for whatever reason can't seem to do it. Very strict on leash rules
Complex has no gate, no cameras anywhere. Found that out the hard way.
Motorcycle has a broke ignition and bare wires..... thank God, I don't leave my battery in my motorcycle. Most people in complex are very friendly. Office staff, very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need
