Highly recommended, with some exceptions
My husband and I have been residents for over two years and we wouldn't live in any other apartment in the area. Here's the pros and cons:
PROS: Best bang for your buck. Great location, reasonable price for what you are getting, very spacious layout. Amenities are decent (especially the pool), frequent resident activites (food trucks, catering, ice cream, socials, etc.), safe neighborhood, friendly and considerate staff, and maintenance staff is timely and efficient. Rent price increase upon... renewal is not very drastic (~$50 rent increase).
CONS: Walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbors or people in the stairwell from inside your apartment. Depending on your building, parking may be "difficult", but even then it is a short walk. Washer/dryer are not part of the unit, but this complex gives you information to lease it from Appliance Warehouse for ~$45/month. Gym is small and doesn't have a lot of equipment.
Overall, I like this location a lot and it is by far the best in the area. I would be renewing if I wasn't already planning on moving cross-country.
