Living in Edwards has been an amazing experience for me. The managers and people that work in the property are amazing and they always make me feel safe. It is right in the middle of everything so you can walk all around. Whenever you have an issue there is always someone willing to help. I LOVE EDWARDS!

As a traveling nurse I found this place to be perfect. Of course we have to work but it’s nice to just step out and play right away! I chose the furnished option with utilities included, except electricity which is around 40 per month with my AC running like it needs to for Miami Beach! Internet for my smart TV is available as well. This is in the heart of South Beach ladies and gentlemen… restaurants, bars and the beach at your feet and I have not seen a bug yet…The free trolley and morning... strolls and the beach on Ocean Drive just one building away are just a few of the benefits…the building manager is wonderful. When I arrived all I had to do was turn the key. Maintenance showed up within hours of my text message when a mini blind fell, and there is even security at night. It’s a good deal for South Beach!
