rude receptionists

all the receptionists are rude, elevators don’t work and rooms are very loud from construction nearby.

Property is in disrepair

Half the elevators are broken, the pool and hot tub heaters are broken, my air conditioning is broken, there is a lot of broken equipment in the gym (plus no gym wipes), and constant construction noise just next door. There is no way this place merits a 4.9 star score. Notice the positive reviews were all written on the same day. Suspicious? Buyer beware.

Lazy and aggressive management.

Waited 45 minutes for a tour, only 1 employee working in the leasing office on a Saturday… agent didn’t know basic questions about the property, and didn’t know who I could contact for more information. Waste of time.
