If you're thinking about moving here, take the negative reviews seriously.

I was considering moving into Blu27 Edgewater and went through the application process, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. The management gave me the runaround for weeks—poor communication, conflicting information, and zero accountability. Every time I asked a question, I got vague or dismissive answers.

They made promises that were later walked back or never followed up on. It felt like they were just trying to lock me in without being transparent about the building's many issues.... After doing more research and reading other reviews, I realized I dodged a bullet.

If you're thinking about moving here, take the negative reviews seriously. I wasted time and energy dealing with this place, and I'm glad I walked away before signing anything.

Terrible management and awful building

This is an extremely terrible building and the management is even worse. Don't believe the good reviews you see there. The management will not care about you at all. They sent me to a collection agency for something I wasn't even supposed to pay. Go somewhere else if you want to save your money.
