How Is This Rating Determined?

Not a safe community

We are current resident of Doral view and this is not a safe place to be in, its suppose to be a gated community but the gates never work they are always open even when they work cars can follow other cars to get in. I recently had my car stolen from the parking lot of this community and everyone at leasing office excuse was that if its going to happen it will happen regardless of the gates, i and the detective than asked for the camera footage and they told us camera have not been working.

Not sure why so many negative comments.

I am living in this community from more than 2 years now. Its extremely well managed and all apartment issues get resolved under 24 Hrs. Only negative point is the rents are little high and pool side security is lacking as I see lot of people from outside coming in and partying on weekends.

Horrible place to leave

The parking policy allows guests to park, but once you've parked and entered your apartment and set the minutes, the security promptly tows your car, seemingly as if it's a routine business for all of you. Even the tow driver mentioned towing up to 4 cars simultaneously, indicating a systematic operation. This not only inconveniences customers but also suggests a profit-driven approach rather than a customer-oriented one. Additionally, the front desk staff at the offices display extreme rudeness... , compounding the overall negative experience.

Horrible experience

Unfortunately, my experience with this condo rental was quite disappointing. Firstly, the management's strict car towing policy caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for guests. Additionally, they have a business towing the tenement’s cars. Overall, these issues significantly detracted from the enjoyment of my stay." Get yourself a better place to life.

Amazing Community

Lived there for a year and EVERYTHING was great! Maintenance, customer service the overall experience was perfect! I left Florida but if I had to will definitely consider leaving there again.
