Poor Emergency Maintenance and Communicati
I’ve lived here for almost 4 months, and while the apartment itself is decent, I’ve had a major issue with flooding in my unit over the past few months. The worst part was the emergency maintenance service—despite it being advertised as 24/7, no one responded to my calls, texts, or voicemails during an urgent flooding situation.
This left me and my family cleaning up the mess ourselves and losing sleep worrying if the water would come back. To make things worse, the issue was fixed but we were... never informed, which caused unnecessary stress.
I spoke to the property manager, who apologized but refused to offer any compensation for the trouble. I hope management improves their emergency response and communication moving forward because this was a frustrating and avoidable experience.

Since the new owner took over the building has become a mess. No security, nasty pool, nasty elevators. Package room is a mess the only good thing left in the building is the staff

Property and amenities are nice, but property manager is unresponsive and rude. Packages get lost very often, elevators sometimes don't work.
