We all know that La Vida went through a complete plan of destruction....so sad and unbelievable what La Vida because basically overnight, a terrible place to live....New Management has been working on this and we have seen the positive changes however more changes need to be made in order for me to possibly recommend La Vida.

I live here for two years. My first year was really good, but this year apartment managers changed and new employees give us the worst service in my life.
- Managers cannot manage crisis. Trash room always full of waste. Bad smell is everywhere.
-Elevators was broken for 1,5 months. Apartment managers didn’t do anything.
-Building has mail room and lockers. But still our packages is stealing by some residents. Apartment managers don’t care!
-It is non smoking apartment, but a lot of residents... smoking in the balcony.
-Residents don’t clean after their dogs, everywhere is poop. I have a dog and I have to walk my dog in the garage. Yard and dog park are in poop.
It is not a luxury apartment. It has security gates, but my car is stolen in the garage! There are no security cameras to identify who stole my car.
Don’t waste your money.
Just, lake view is wonderful.

Like with any complex, La Vida doesn't come without its issues, but the location, the cleanliness, and the warm, welcoming and efficient staff make me proud to call La Vida home.
