Genuinely happy living here!

Legacy at 15th truly feels like home, not just another apartment building. The staff and maintenance are friendly, responsive, and keep everything clean and running smoothly.

The building feels safe with controlled access and garage parking, and the pool, gym, and common areas are all well-kept and actually enjoyable to use. The location is super convenient to the hospitals, downtown, and major highways, so getting around Miami is easy.

If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and well-managed... place with a great location, Legacy at 15th is definitely worth checking out.
