Since they changed the administration, terrible management does not make improvements to the house that I know in case all the neglected areas are old, maintenance or do they really pay for everything to be fine? but everything is dirty dirty walls, old apartments I do NOT recommend it at all

It's cheap, and maybe too cheap, we thought we were getting a great dead and all out of the sudden in the middle of the morning the "manager" comes in with a guy that will be sleeping with us.
If you are ok with sharing your room with unexpected guests then it's all good. Place is clean and all, but some leftover food in the fridge and some cosmetics in the bathroom made us feel uncomfortable like we were sleeping in someone else's apartment.
