The backyard amenities are shared between the home and an RV, so you may encounter other guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, with a $300 fine for violations. Parties are not allowed and will result in a $300 fine, plus additional cleaning fees or damage costs. Pets are not allowed, with a $300 per pet fine for violations. Late check-out fees apply: $150 for late check-out after 10:00 a.m., and more than 2 hours late will incur that day's rate with no discounts. Guests are responsible for reimbursing hosts for any refunds given to cancellations of guests as a result of your late check-out. Occupancy limits must not exceed the number reflected in the booking, with a $50 per night/per guest charge for unregistered guests. The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Never leave the BBQ grill unattended while in use and ensure it is turned off and fully extinguished after cooking. Do not use additional materials or accelerants on the fire pit and always supervise it when lit. Ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving. Check for any fire restrictions or bans before using the fire pit. Follow general mini-golf etiquette and supervise children. Outdoor music is welcome but should be kept at a reasonable volume and turned off by 8 p.m. Smoking is prohibited in common outdoor areas. Pets must be on a leash when in outdoor areas and cleaned up after. Park only in designated areas and avoid blocking access to other amenities.
