The buildings require some maintenance. Including the grounds and recreational areas. They do not appear as advertised. Which means, we're paying a concierge fee for upkeep that does not occur.

This is one of the best communities I’ve ever lived in. From Jack (Manager) all the way to the maintenance staff they are all so professional and always made me feel important and whatever I need it’s always been taking care with no time. I love this place, the size of the apartment, the amenities and how clean it’s kept!!!!

I’m new to the area. Walmart is close and within walking distance. The pool is clean and not overcrowded. Garages are available if you feel the need for one.
