Springs At Hammock Cove

I’m not exaggerating when I say this, I cried when my lease ended. I unfortunately wasn’t able to renew due to personal changes in my life, but I really wish I could of stayed there forever. My apartment and balcony were incredibly spacious, there was so much storage space, they offer valet trash so you don’t have to throw out your own trash, they have food trucks that visit, DOGS EVERYWHERE, and just an overall clean and beautiful community. The people in the office are incredibly helpful as... well and so nice! When I first moved in, I was in a different apartment and had some not so great neighbors. I asked the complex about changing apartments and they were more than willing to help me out! I changed apartments I think within a few days after talking to them. Margarita was the one in the office that I worked with the most and she is such a gem! I wish every apartment complex had someone like her. Horrible costs for cheap builds, management staff very unhelpful

Cane toads everywhere, cost to move in (nothing is refundable)

We've been here a month and on the ground floor and can hear the joists creaking above with every step, toilets flushing, snoring, doors slamming, etc...nightmare! We spoke to other tenants and they are all experiencing the same issues. It reminds us of our college days, but that was many years ago...the building is only a year old...how could the builder be so cheap! We've complained and invited the owners to stay with us for one night....of course, no response. The amenities are nice and... very clean but in the end as they say, you can't put lipstick on a pig!
