I have been living here for 7 years & I am thankful. Great location & management is excellent and quick to answer any needs I have. The maintenance workers are excellent and always respond as quickly as possible to any needs I have. Nice & quiet here. Thankful..

since the new owner has taken over maintenance takes a backseat to profit.Example the laundry facilities are a joke,of the two washers one takes an hour and a half to cycle.This is because the part costs 175 dollars,and they do not want to pay this.The other washer only fills half way up,no telling what is wrong their.Lately they started telling people they were getting new washers in,this has been going on for 2 months.There are large holes in the parking lot waiting for someone to break an... ankle or worse,also vehicles leaking oil all over making a slip and fall hazard.The property manager just doesn't seem to care,in one ear and right out the other.I have lived there for a long time,but no longer,I am looking!!
