The community is private, but the 18-hole semi-private golf course, pro shop, and driving range are open to the public. Tee times can be booked online, with pricing that may fluctuate. Our home is located in the Southpointe neighborhood and comes with access to the community pool and hot tub just steps outside your front door. The community pool is open from 5am - 9pm daily and requires a pass to enter, which is included in your stay.
Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund. To enter the resort by car, a valid driver's license must be presented. Photos of driver's licenses and documents sent by email are not accepted. If you arrive as a passenger, the driver must present a valid driver's license, and you must present your ID or passport to confirm your reservation. Please note that there is no elevator and stair access is required to the entrance of the unit.
