Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. The water dispenser on the fridge is currently not working. Access cards are required for clubhouse amenities, including the pool and hot tub, and can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at no cost. USPS does not deliver directly to the home, but FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. do. Amazon orders must arrive after check-in, as packages cannot be received or stored. All deliveries and groceries are at the guest’s own risk and must be scheduled during the stay only. Water play is still not available.
