Avana Parkway is a really great complex. It's conveniently located to I4 and fairly clean and calm place to live. The staff is always very helpful. I've been here for a couple of years, and only had one issue, and it was a maintenance item that got fixed the same day

Pretty good place to live if you don’t have any maintenance issues! I really enjoy the appts, the amenities, and everything else about the complex. I’m glad I don’t run into a lot of maintenance issues but when I do, I find myself reaching out multiple times for the issue.
