Waste of money

This is a money hungry apartment complex, they are also infested, the staff also has an attitude as well…. Not worth the money.

Great location - Great units!

Madeline and Damaris at the leasing office were great, friendly and very personable!! The community is nice and close to local shops. The apartment I was shown was upgraded (BIG PLUS), very spacious with walk-in closets, and had washer and dryer (another BIG PLUS)!

Bad attention

I live in this housing complex is my third renewal contract, and so far had not had any complaint. However I am presenting a bad experician I have about 2 weeks that I am flooding the bathroom and it is dirty and I still have not solved the problem I can not use them and I have three children. Therefore I can not recommend this site.

Worst experience ever, they deserve no stars

I recently moved here from NY. The office staff are amazing until you become a resident, after that don’t expect them to answer your calls. They never fix anything. Since I’ve moved in a couple of months ago, my apartment has flooded about 5 times, and don’t bother calling maintenance, they’ll never show up, they refuse to move me into another apartment and no one has done anything about it. On top of the flooding my apartment recently and randomly became infested with roaches and water bugs,... which they also did nothing about. I clean daily just to make sure i don’t get roaches, and one night i just get ambushed by them. All they care about is receiving their rent....... please save yourself the headache and stress and just pay a little more and go elsewhere. The affordable price isn’t worth it.
