Good afternoon everyone, I would like to leave a review about the management and the complex overall.
The new management, especially Cynthia, is unfortunately very rude and, in my opinion, not competent when it comes to managing the property. Problems with the apartments and appliances are either ignored or take a very long time to be resolved. However, they seem to have no problem speaking to residents disrespectfully.
It’s really disappointing that the previous management was replaced, because... the attitude toward residents used to be much better. We have lived here for 2 years, but unfortunately we will also be moving out, just like many of our friends from this complex who have already left.
I hope the management will pay more attention to resident relations and the quality of service.
