Lakeshore at East Mil

They advertise the 3 rm apts wheelchair accessible rooms but all 3 rooms can these units are upstairs so how is that accessible?? I have a handicap and thankfully my husband was able to get me up the stairs for showers because that's also where the bathrooms w/showers are. But this is not the place for you if you're completely wheelchair-bound or don't at least have someone to help you. And that's just part of the problem of living there! Glad to be gone.

As a current tenant let me start off by saying they are misrepresenting some services. Not only have they left multiple things either unfixed or half fixed (including a mildew stain from multiple AC leaks), they advertise high-speed internet but that doesn't come with it and nor does the satellite TV! The internet is only in the office for free & we've always paid our own so I don't know what they're talking about. Pool has been closed for a couple of years so I don't know why they show a... picture of that or included in the amenities. The pictures they advertise are only of a couple of recently renovated apartments, while they leave those of us who have been here a long time in run down outdated places! Roaches are a HUGE issue!! I know this sounds cliche but I'm seriously serious when I say if I could give this place negative stars I would!! Please highly reconsider if you can avoid living here. This complex has no maintenance in play. The employees are never in the office. The rent is too high for a 30 year old building. Water leaks from my baseboards. They cut the grass twice a week to make it look pretty but all apartments are trash. Leaning cabinets, mildew in the Walls and baseboards. They don't come out and fix anything and they keep switching management companies.

They cut the grass every week to make it look good but all apartments are trash. Rats, and roaches are always running through grass outside. I truly hope I can move soon.No one answers the phone, there is always no power in the hallways. They always forget to pay light bill and laundry room stays closed because of no power. The last manager took my emergency assistance and left. They had to hire another company.

I wish that I could’ve added a picture to this because I would have showed you the rats that they have in this complex. It’s a no go. I’m sorry that I had to go through it
