Steve is the Man!!!

Steve is always punctual with his service. When we add in an order , he always follow through on the task at hand. Steve always explains what he is doing and if there are questions, Steve answers . Steve patience is great as well. If every apartment has a maintenance man like Steve, it would be great. Always professional and follow through on his word. When Steve needed to order a certain part for the apartment, he always come through. Even when the order is delayed, Steve let us know what is... going on without all the extra calls and aggravation. We need a lot more like Steve to make the stay more worthwhile.

The apartments here aren't worth the amount that I pay every month. The door paint is peeling, there are roaches here, and some people don't pick up their dog's waste. There isn't enough parking as well.
