Improvements needed on your system online. I had to expedite a second payment for deposit because I was told the first payment was not received. I still have not be refunded from my first initial online payment. Also, Professionalism and communication with on site team. Through the process it was difficult to reach team about concerns. I was rushed to submit a last minute payment by money order when I was told not to be concerned. We were informed a few days prior about end of month deadline. I... was told I'd receive call backs while members were on leave and no one got back to me. These improvement would make great difference on customer service experience for new residents moving forward.
