Maintenance just closes tickets without visiting the units! They don’t fix anything. Most of the issues in my apartment were here when I moved in. They don’t care about your safety. And the front office staff is rude when you have to ask SIX times to fix an issue

I like the atmosphere around the lake, gardens and grass in good condition. Community with small children and friendly neighbors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Club House is always clean and organized a peaceful atmosphere, just like the pool and the BBQ always clean and it works well. Maintenance staff solves much more efficient problems every time. Overall a very good location, quite safe and accessible to everything. The gate always works correctly. Mail located to easy access.... For the mail the keys are normal and easy to make copies, but those that are to open the door of the house and accessing the club house are very expensive and only give you two. They should organize more free monthly activities for residents. Some neighbors continue to smoke marijuana in the balconies and in the dog park which is annoying.
