Where have the 4 years gone! I cant believe we are starting our fifth year here in just a couple of of weeks; we just renewed our lease! Wonderful community and staff and convenient to everything Orlando!

I've really enjoyed my time as a resident of The Courtney at Universal Blvd. The staff is great. The maintenance team completes request in a timely fashion. The location is ideal. The amount of care that the landscapers put into keeping the community is greatly appreciated. Also appreciated is the valet trash service and community events. All of these are just some of the reasons that led me to recently renew my lease.
