The Grand Reserve Lee Vista

We rented an apartment here, A year and a half ago I do not recommend these apartments they’re full of roaches. They gave us broken washer and dryer that we pay $40 a month for and they don’t want to fix the stove. Only one side was working. We have to keep calling maintenance. I’m sorry I have to give such a bad review, I moved from Pennsylvania to the roach motel. I’m scared when my grandchildren come and sleep here because I’m scared to turn off the lights because of the roaches they come to... exterminate I don’t even think they’re really exterminating. Tell you the truth. It’s really sad because if there wasn’t so many problems and they charge you for everything and they don’t wanna do anything for you , I complain about my washer and dryer all the time my stove the roaches really sad. Moved in last November and have not been roach free. I speak to different people around the building and pretty much the building is infested with roaches we have all decided to call the city roaches in every corner of our home. The office staff apologizes, pest control comes and it gets worst.

Roaches. Everywhere. All the time. This place is infested and does nothing but spray and hope for the best. Management does not care they just fill the apartments and never speak to you again. Look elsewhere unless you like living in filth.

“This place is inhabitable. My only roommates have been roaches. Supposedly the only service this place covers is pest control, which they have failed to live up to. I have only lived here seven months, but killing at least 5-6 cockroaches when I first wake up (11 is my personal record), is absolutely disgusting. I notified and submitted pest control services, but that did nothing. As more time went on, the more they populated despite making at least 5 attempts to request pest control including... fumigation. My last attempt was placing boric acid along the seams of the kitchen and bathroom where it is the worst, however, these critters are not shy by crawling above your head sleeping. I don't care how "affordable" this place may seem, they make paying rent extremely difficulty by only accepting cash ,money orders, or credit card with a massive fee ($50). I am now working with Orlando department of health, but recommend you save yourself that burden by avoiding this place at all costs. Read More

Jacob was the best person to show me this beautiful property. He found out why I wasn't renewing my previous lease. Then he pointed out every feature I complained about not having that they have. He was friendly and helpful. He sold me on the property. Also my master bathroom is GREAT
